1. When turning on the control power switch, it is found that there is no power supply indication. The reason is that the control line or fuse is broken. The fuse or fuse is replaced by exclusion method.
2. It is found that there is voltage and no current. The reason for this is that the heating element is broken. At this time, turn off the power supply and examine the heating element carefully. Find the broken one and replace it.
3. Instrument SV alternately displays ORAL. In this case, check the thermocouple circuit break and replace the thermocouple in time.
4. Another case is that SV alternately displays HILA and the upper limit temperature meter of the furnace body protects. At this time, the temperature should be lowered to a safe temperature and the instrument will automatically return to normal (check the cause of overheating).
5. All the power supply is normal, but the furnace body does not work. This may be the wrong modification of the instrument parameters, at this time to correct the parameters.
6. The power supply and heating elements are normal, but the furnace body can not be heated. The biggest reason is that the control circuit is damaged and professional maintenance personnel are notified to carry out on-site maintenance.

2. Turn off the power supply when the furnace is cooled down to below 500 degrees.
